The Royal Blue Progression System

Start with objective assessment. Train with a clear plan. See measurable progress.

How Our Four-Phase System Works

Coach measuring a client’s knee range of motion with a goniometer during an assessment.

Assess

We begin with range of motion and strength testing to see how you move today. You’ll get a clear starting point and simple takeaways, not jargon.

Build Fundamentals

Posture, breathing, joint control, and patterning. We teach the skills that make every lift and daily task safer and stronger.

Integrate

Translate strength into real life: hinges, squats, pushes, pulls, carries, and balance work that match how you live.

Progress

Advance at the right pace for your goal: rebuild after injury, prepare for an event, or maintain strength for long-term health.

What To Expect On Day One

Step 1: Assessment

We start with a focused intake so we understand your goals and what your body needs today. Then we run quick range of motion and strength checks using VALD technology. You’ll move through simple positions, no max testing or guesswork.

What we do

  • Brief goal chat and movement history
  • Targeted ROM and strength testing
  • Pain, stiffness, or confidence notes captured
  • Immediate, plain-language summary you can understand

You’ll leave with

  • A clear starting point and priorities
  • Your baseline numbers to track progress

Step 2: Your Plan

With your results, we outline a plan that fits your goal and schedule. We show you exactly how we’ll build fundamentals, integrate them into real-life movement, and progress at the right pace.

What you get

  • Your first-phase focus areas and why they matter
  • Exercise examples for session one
  • Frequency and session length that match your week
  • Next steps, including how we’ll measure progress

Optional

  • Summary shared with your physician or PT if you’re coordinating care
