  • Where are you located?

  • Is this an open gym?

    We are an appointment-based fitness studio specializing in personal training and nutrition coaching services. Walk-in tours are welcome, but no use of the facility's equipment without the guidance of an instructor is permitted

  • What are your Cancellation and Refund Policies?

    Refund Policy and Rescission Period

    Provided that you have not used any Program Session, may cancel this agreement by written notice to Trainer within three (3) calendar days from the date of signing an agreement to work with Royal Blue Fitness on any selected program.


    Rescheduling/Late Cancellation Policy

    If you to reschedule a training session the you must provide your Trainer with at least 72 hours advance notice. Rescheduling of a Session is subject to the availability of the Trainer. If you fail to reschedule a session at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date or fail to attend a scheduled session (a “Missed Session”), you will forfeit the Missed Session as if it had been used, and no refund for the Missed Session will be available. If the Trainer deems that exceptional circumstances caused the Missed Session, the Trainer, in their sole discretion, may provide an opportunity for the Client to schedule and attend an additional session to make up the Missed Session. The offer to reschedule is strictly subject to the availability of the Trainer and must be rescheduled within 30 days of the Missed Session. If the Trainer does not have any availability within the 30 days, the trainer may schedule the session with another available trainer within the 30 days if all parties involved agree. 


    Early Termination Policy

    If for any reason you have to stop short of your agreement term length and cannot continue, half of the remaining balance left on the agreement will be paid to Royal Blue Fitness. 

  • What is appropriate gym attire?

    For your own safety and the safety of others, all persons within the premises of the fitness studio will be required to wear closed-toed proper workout shoes (tennis shoes, lifting shoes, training shoes, walking shoes) and not expose excessive nudity except within the bathroom and shower areas. 

  • How often is the facility cleaned?

    A minimum of once a week, professional janitorial services will come to deep clean the premises of the facility.


    All persons in the facility are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the facility by cleaning after themselves. The client and trainer before you will clean the equipment they've used so that you can enjoy using clean equipment and you and your trainer will do the same for those coming after you. This is a community effort and Royal Blue Fitness appreciates your efforts in maintaining a safe and clean space for all to enjoy. 

Personal Training

  • What is personal training?

    Personal training is a professional service working with an NCCA accredited certified trainer to guide you to conquer your goals. With a wealth of knowledge, communication skills, intuition, and enthusiasm, our personal trainers will provide the quickest and safest way to reach your fitness goals. All Royal Blue Fitness programs are individualized to achieve the results you’re looking for.

  • Is Personal Training right for me?

    Whether you're a novice and never set foot in a gym or exercised a day in your life, haven't had a workout in a decade, or are a workout warrior in the gym every day of the week, Royal Blue Fitness Personal Trainers are eager to help and more than capable of accomodating.

  • How do I know I'm ready?

    It's understandable to worry and fear starting a workout routine. You're not the only one! Rest assured, Royal Blue Fitness Personal Trainers will assess and individualize a fitness program for you. "A mark of a great trainer is not creating workouts, but creating plans." Every Royal Blue Fitness Personal Trainer subscribes to this philosophy.

  • I've just paid for Training. Who will I be working with?

    All Royal Blue Fitness Personal Trainers are certified by an NCCA accredited institution and are more than capable of working creating an effective fitness plan. 


    The selection of your trainer will be based on availability. If you have a particular trainer you want to personally work with, let us know!

  • What happens if I'm unable to attend a session?

    We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may do so without forfeiting the session with more than 72-hours or more notice. 

  • What happens if my Trainer is away or no longer is working with Royal Blue Fitness?

    We will reassign you with another Royal Blue Fitness Personal Trainer and assure you the quality of service will be equally outstanding. 

  • How do I schedule my sessions?

    You and your Trainer will collaborate and schedule dates that work for both of you. Your trainer will schedule the sessions and you will receive an email confirming the appointment as well as email reminders when your appointment is coming up.

Nutrition Coaching

  • What is Nutrition Coaching

    Nutrition Coaching services are provided by Royal Blue Fitness professionals that are certified to provide nutrition coaching and consulting. Do note that nutritionists/Nutrition coaches are not registered dieticians and cannot prescribe food as any way to treat or cure any illnesses or ailments.


    Nutrition Coaching services include and are not limited to creating meal plans, giving general nutrition advice, behavioral and eating patterns, encouraging and motivating clients to stay on track, regular check-in phone calls, etc. 

  • Why do I need Nutrition Coaching?

    Nutrition is a huge part of determining success for any fitness goal. Whether the goal is weight loss, flexibility & mobility, strength, or Royal Blue Fitness Program, nutrition plays a pivotal role. 

  • How do I sign up!?

    Contact us and schedule your free consultation with a certified nutrition coach. Your coach will listen to your questions and concerns in regards to your fitness goals and provide you with an effective solution.

  • Do I have to go on a restrictive diet?

    Absolutely not. Nutrition coaching will provide you the ability to enjoy the foods you love but in a healthy proportion. We take into account your total calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients.

  • How often are check-ins?

    Check-ins are once a week. You and your nutrition coach will have a dedicated time slot to call and discuss any questions or concerns you have as well as discuss all the positive improvements and celebrate your victories! We're with you through your lows and highs throughout the process! Your nutrition coach will provide you with their contact information in the event you need a question or concerns outside of your scheduled weekly check-ins. Our coaches typically respond within 24-hours.

  • What's in a meal plan?

    Meal plans are carefully crafted nutrition plans that are individualized to your needs based on your fitness goals and personal metrics like your current age, weight, height, physical activity, and body composition. Meal plans take the measuring and guesswork out and are sent to your email as a pdf. The meal plan will include a message from your nutrition coach on what the plan is, how to use it, a grocery list, a weekly calendar of when to eat your meals, and recipes for each meal.


    Each meal plan will be used for the duration of the month and updated on a monthly basis to progress you towards your goals. 


    You'll be able to make one edit to your meal plan for any reason. Some examples are but are not limited to 1. You simply don't like a particular ingredient. 2. You cannot find a particular ingredient. 3. You don't have proper appliances (i.e slow-cooker) to make the meal. 4. The meal takes too long to make.
