Do I need to be in shape before starting?
You do not! We meet you at where your starting point is. We start with a Strength and Mobility Assessment and other initial assessments to understand exactly where your start point is so that every workout isn't too easy or too hard.
Can you adjust training for pregnancy or postpartum?
Yes, we have the knowledge and expertise to make adjustments to the overall structure to tailor make it to the needs of our clients.
What if I have pain or prior injuries
We respect your body’s current limitations and pain signals. If pain and previous injuries are a concern, we suggest speaking with your doctor first. If you are fully cleared or cleared, but with some limitations, we will follow your medical team’s orders and work around any contraindications you may have.
How often should I train?
We see the best success from clients who attend two to three private coaching sessions a week.
What if my schedule changes?
We will try our best to work with you to accommodate schedule changes.
Do you offer small group options?
Yes, we do! Our small group classes are targeted. We design the programs based on the desired outcome and common obstacles to overcome, that way we can build comaraderie and encourage each other to succeed.
